1. Sponsor

The Bourbon Brothers Valentine’s Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Bourbon Brothers Book (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date the official giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The winner will be announced on or about February 7, 2026.

4. How to Enter

A. Standard Instagram Comment Entry

To receive entries via Instagram:

  1. Follow @bourbonbrothersbook on Instagram.

  2. Like the official Sweepstakes post.

  3. Comment on the Sweepstakes post and tag at least one (1) other Instagram user.

Each valid tagged Instagram username counts as one (1) entry.
Multiple comments and multiple tagged users are permitted and count as additional entries, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

B. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn bonus entries as follows:

  • Instagram Story Share Bonus:
    Share the Sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story during the Sweepstakes Period and tag @bourbonbrothersbook so the share can be verified.
    Earn five (5) bonus entries.

  • Newsletter Bonus:
    Join the Bourbon Brothers email newsletter via the link in the Sponsor’s Instagram bio during the Sweepstakes Period.
    Earn five (5) bonus entries.

Bonus entries are awarded only if the Sponsor can reasonably verify and associate the qualifying action with the entrant’s Instagram username.

5. Entry Conditions

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Automated, scripted, fraudulent, or abusive entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Sweepstakes prize package as described in the official Sweepstakes post. Prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Any alcohol-related items, if applicable, will be awarded and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some states may restrict shipment of alcohol-related items.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All verified comment entries and bonus entries are combined into a single entry pool. Each entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to verify eligibility, including age and U.S. residency.

If the selected winner fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s Instagram username and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Instagram from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively under the laws of the United States and the applicable state of the Sponsor.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and related communications and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bourbon Brothers, operated by John McKillop (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 22, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the following:

Required Entries

  • Follow the official Bourbon Brothers Instagram account

  • Join the Bourbon Brothers Newsletter, found at www.bourbonbookstore.com

Bonus Entries (Optional)

  • Share the Sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story and tag the Bourbon Brothers account

    • Participants receive one (1) bonus of five (5) entries total for sharing to their Story

       

       

  • Tag a friend in the comments of the Sweepstakes post

    • Each tagged comment counts as one (1) bonus entry

Limit one bonus entry award per participant for Story sharing, regardless of the number of times shared.

BONUS ENTRIES & VERIFICATION

Bonus entries for actions such as tagging other users, sharing posts to Instagram Stories, or other promotional engagement (“Bonus Actions”) are only valid if the participant has completed the mandatory entry requirement of subscribing to the official newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period.

Bonus entries are awarded subject to verification. Participants may be required to demonstrate completion of any Bonus Action and eligibility to receive credit for such entries.

Due to platform limitations, Instagram usernames and newsletter email addresses are not automatically linked. Bonus entries will be credited only when the Sponsor can reasonably verify that the Instagram account completing the Bonus Action corresponds to an eligible newsletter subscriber.

If a Bonus Action cannot be reasonably verified or matched to an eligible subscriber, the Bonus Entry will not be awarded, and the participant may remain eligible only for their base entry, if applicable.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or Bonus Entry that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or does not comply with these Official Rules.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) bottle of Blanton’s Gold bourbon (or equivalent, subject to availability and legal restrictions)

  • Two (2) signed copies of Bourbon Brothers

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): determined at time of fulfillment.

Alcohol prizes will be fulfilled only where legal and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. If alcohol shipment is prohibited in the winner’s state, an alternative prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at the Sponsor’s discretion.

No cash or prize substitution permitted except as required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the Sweepstakes Period concludes. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.

If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Verification

The winner may be required to verify age, identity, and eligibility and to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and Instagram from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The winner will be selected December 1.

4. How to Enter (Winner Selected at Random)

You may enter in either of the following ways:

A. Automatic Purchase-Based Entries

  • 1 entry per purchase of any single Bourbon Brothers book edition.

  • 5 entries per transaction when both editions (Motor Oil + Signed Honey Barrel Edition) are purchased together.

  • Entries are assigned based on completed checkout timestamp.

  • All entries—purchased or free—have equal odds of winning.

B. Alternative Means of Entry (Free Entry)

To enter without making a purchase, simply submit your email address through the newsletter signup form anywhere on the BourbonBookstore.com website during the sweepstakes period.
Limit one AMOE entry per email address per day.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:
One (1) Medicinal Whiskey Charity Blanton’s Single Barrel Charity Barrel Selection bottle.

Approximate retail value varies; no cash alternative. Bottle cannot be shipped to jurisdictions where prohibited.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Selection occurs on December 1.

  • Winner will be notified via email.

  • Winner must reply within 72 hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prize Delivery

Due to alcohol regulations:

  • Prize may require in-person hand delivery or pickup depending on state law.

  • Valid government ID proving age (21+) is required at delivery.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their first name and state for winner announcements.

9. Privacy

Email addresses entered via the website will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and Bourbon Brothers newsletter updates. Your information will never be sold or distributed.

10. Release
