Shipping Policy — Bourbon Brothers Bookstore

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders from Greenville, South Carolina using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available shipping methods include:

USPS Media Mail

Used for book-only shipments, including signed editions where all bonus content is printed inside the book. Delivery typically takes 3–9 business days within the continental U.S.

USPS Ground Advantage

Used for packages that contain items other than the book (e.g., merchandise). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders or limited signed editions).

You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once the shipment has been created.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

For most customers, Media Mail will be the lowest-cost option for book shipments.


Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery speed and handling are out of our control.

Weather, seasonal volume, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.


Tracking

All shipments include USPS tracking. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package is scanned.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:
📧 support@bourbonbookstore.com Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right.

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 14 days), we will assist with a USPS claim and replace the item when possible.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Reshipping costs due to address errors provided at checkout

Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address — we may be able to update it before shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on:

  • Signed editions

  • Personalized copies

  • Opened books

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
